Strawberry Cheesecake

Cheesecake de fresa
Hello everyone!
Cheesecake is one of my favorite dessert, well, actually it's also my family's favorite dessert, they always ask me to make one, and today I decided to share one of my cheesecake, the strawberry one.

Serves 8

ingredients:
- 100g biscuits
- 40g melted butter
- 500g philadelphia cheese
- 150g sugar
- 30g flour
- 1/2 lemon zest
- half vanilla pod
- 3 eggs + 2 egg yolks
- 300g sour cream

- 500g strawberries
- 50g sugar

1º Heat oven to 200ºC and line the base of a 20cm round springform tin with greaseproof paper. Crush the biscuits in a food processor. Tip it in a bowl and add melted butter and mix well. Pour biscuits into an even layer into the base of the cake tin and chill while you're making the filling.

2º In a food processor pour cream cheese during 30 seconds until smooth. Then add ingredients one by one in order beating briefly between each one (sugar, flour, lemon zest, vanilla pod, eggs, egg yolks) Finish adding sour cream and beat it just enough to incorporate and pour it all in the tin.

3º Bake at 200ºC for about 15 minutes and then lower temperature to 100ºC for 1h. Then leave the cake inside to cool at room temperature. Chill overnight.

4º Make strawberry coulis (Cook 250g strawberries and 50g sugar until soft and blend it all to have a coulis.) and let it cool. Decorate the cake with some strawberries and poor the coulis over the chilled cake. And decorate with some strawberries.

El cheesecake (pastel de queso) es uno de mis postres favoritos, bueno, en realidad es también el postre favorito de mi familia, que siempre me pide que se lo haga, y hoy he decidido compartir una de mis tarta de queso, la de fresa.

ingredientes:
- 100g de Galletas 
- 40 g de mantequilla derretida
- 500 g de queso philadelphia
- 150 g de azúcar
- 30 g de harina
-  Ralladura de 1/2 limón
- Media vaina de vainilla
- 3 huevos + 2 yemas de huevo
- 300 g de crema agria

- 500 g de fresas
- 50 g de azúcar

1º Caliente el horno a 200ºC y forrar la base de un molde de 20 cm de diámetro con papel de hornear. Triturar las galletas en un robot. En un bol añadir las galletas trituradas y la mantequilla derretida y mezcle bien. Vierta las galletas en una capa uniforme en la base del molde y refrigerar mientras haga el relleno.

2º En unrobot vierta la crema de queso durante 30 segundos hasta que quede suave. A continuación, agregue los ingredientes uno por uno en orden batiendo brevemente entre cada uno de ellos (el azúcar, la harina, la ralladura de limón, la vainilla, los huevos, la yema de huevo) terminar por agregar la crema agria y batir lo suficiente como para incorporar y verter todo en el molde.

3º Hornear a 200 º C durante unos 15 minutos y luego bajar la temperatura a 100 º C durante 1 hora. A continuación, dejar el pastel dentro del horno para enfriar a temperatura ambiente. Refrigerar durante la noche.

4º Hacer el coulis de fresa (Cocinar 250g fresas con el azúcar hasta que esté tierno y batir todo para tener un coulis.) y deje que se enfríe. Decorar el pastel con fresas y coulis.

Le cheesecake est l'un de mes desserts préférés, en fait, c'est aussi l'un des desserts préférés de ma famille, ils me demandent toujours d'en faire, et aujourd'hui j'ai décidé de partager un de mes cheesecake, le cheesecake à la fraise.

Pour 8 personnes

ingrédients:
- 100 g de biscuits au beurre 
- 40g de beurre fondu
- 500g de fromage philadelphia
- 150g de sucre
- 30g de farine 
- Le zeste d'un 1/2 citron
- 1/2 gousse de vanille
- 3 oeufs + 2 jaunes d'oeufs
- 300g de crème fraîche
---- o --- o --- o --- o ----
- 500 g de fraises
- 50g de sucre

1º Préchauffer votre four à 200ºC et la couvrer le fond d'un moule de 20 cm de diamètre avec du papier sulfurisé. Ecrasez les biscuits dans un robot. Dans un bol, ajouter les biscuits écrasés et le beurre fondu et bien mélanger. Verser les biscuits dans le moule et bien étaler ensuite laisser refroidir la préparation au frigo pendant que vous préparez la garniture.

2º Dans un robot verser le philadelphia et mélanger pendant 30 secondes jusqu'à ce que le contenu soit lisse. Puis ajouter les ingrédients un par un en battant legèrement entre chaque ingrédients (sucre, la farine, le zeste de citron, la vanille, les oeufs, le jaune d'oeuf) ensuite ajouter la crème fraîche et battre assez pour l'incorporer et verser le tout dans le moule.

3º Faites cuire à 200 ° C pendant environ 15 minutes, puis abaisser la température à 100 ° C pendant 1 heure. Puis laisser le gâteau refroidir dans le four à température ambiante. Réfrigérer jusqu'au lendemain.

4º Faites le coulis de fraises ( faites cuire 250g de fraises  avec le sucre jusqu'à ce que le tout soit tendre et mixer pour réaliser un coulis.) Et laisser refroidir. Décorer le gâteau avec les fraises et coulis.
